By purchasing or using Meridian you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, request a refund within the guarantee window and stop using the service.

What you are buying

Meridian is a hosted web application that generates print-ready book interior files (PDF) and listing text from computed and public-domain data. Your one-time purchase buys a licence to access the features included in the offer you bought, for your own publishing business.

Your account

One licence = one person/business. Do not share or resell logins.
Your account is created automatically at purchase; change the emailed password after first login.
You are responsible for everything published from files you generate, including compliance with Amazon KDP content policies.

Location claiming

Claims (template + location + year) are first come, first served among Meridian users, subject to the fair-use claim limit stated on the sales page. Claims do not confer any trademark or legal exclusivity outside this service — they only prevent other Meridian users from generating the same combination.

Termination

Refunded or charged-back purchases are revoked automatically. We may revoke access for abuse (account sharing, attacking the service, systematic claim squatting to resell).

Liability

The service is provided as-is. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid. Book data are advance computations/predictions and are not for navigation or safety-critical use.
